Your Guide to our Active Directory
We now have the ability to allow our users to reset their own passwords and also unlock their own accounts if the wrong password is attempted multiple times. Before these options are available to you, you’ll need to enroll in our Self-Service portal.
Please click here and log in using your ITX provided username and password. You’ll then be prompted to enroll by answering a couple of security questions. Once this is done, you’ll be able to return to selfservice.itx.com later if you need to reset your password or unlock your account. Please bookmark the page for future use.
