ITX is thrilled to welcome David to the 2026 Product + Design Conference, where he will show us how to drive greater product value and leverage AI for more effective product discovery. 

David grew up in a small town in Brazil. A musician and self-proclaimed “failed rockstar,” he’s channeled his natural creativity and curiosity into a career in product leadership. David has been leading product teams at startups and global enterprises for over 17 years. 

The author of Untrapping Product Teams, David teaches courses, coaches, and speaks on the topic of streamlining digital product management. He’s supported companies like Miro, Udemy, and Motorola and brings his leadership techniques to a variety of industries, including automotive, e-commerce, and public services, focusing on one core goal: re-wiring how digital product teams think.  

David’s workshop and keynotes at the Product + Design Conference will help you re-wire your own thinking to approach product leadership with a focused mindset.  

His workshop, “Product Discovery Done Right Supercharged by AI,” will teach attendees how to improve product clarity and deliver value through proven discovery frameworks. While AI enables team to ship products quickly, teams run the risk of quickly building features without direction. David will use real-world examples to demonstrate the power of aligning discovery with customer needs, prioritizing evidence-based feature building, and more.  

On the second day of the Product + Design Conference, David will continue teaching his proven product frameworks. In his keynote, “The Great Product Illusion: How to drive value when everyone distracts you,” David will share practical tools for quieting the noise and driving clarity and impact. Attendees will leave with a framework for understanding the current state of their product processes, actions to apply immediately, and real-world stories of teams applying the framework effectively.
