This ITX Privacy Policy covers the collection, use and disclosure of information that ITX collects from users who visit the ITX website.  Please read this policy to learn more about our online information practices, including what types of information we gather, how that information is used, to whom we disclose the information, and how we protect the information. Non-Personal Information

ITX gathers non-personal information from our users, including, but not limited to, domain names and IP addresses, browser types, and aggregate information on what pages a user accesses or visits.

ITX generally uses this information to improve the content of our website and to contact users for marketing purposes. ITX does not disclose non-personal information to third parties, except for the purpose of protecting against misuse or unauthorized use of our website and when otherwise required to disclose such information by law. 

ITX does not provide user information to ad server companies. 

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is data that can be used to directly identify a specific person. For example, name, telephone number, address, email address. Users are not required to submit PII to ITX in order to use the website.

ITX only collects PII when users submit a request for ITX to contact them through on the “Contact Us” page of the website. Unless otherwise specified in this policy, ITX does not share any PII with third parties other than our employees and partners, or when otherwise required to disclose such information by law. 

Cookies

“Cookies” are small text files that are stored on a user’s computer. ITX may use cookies to store user preferences for a variety of internal purposes, including, but not limited to, tracking what pages users accessed and their activity on the ITX site in order to provide better service for returning users. ITX does not link information stored in cookies to our users’ PII submitted through the website.  ITX may use session ID cookies on our website to enhance our users’ website experiences. Session ID cookies expire when a user closes the browser. 

A user may use the ITX site without accepting cookies, but the use of the site may be limited.
